I ran (honestly I was jogging, but running sounds so much better) the Corporate Challenge a few weeks ago and amazed myself that I could make the full three and a half miles. I haven’t ran that much since high school, which was quite a long time ago. Because of that, I’ve been trying to get back into running at least two to three times per week.
I love the feeling after some serious exertion; I feel more awake than any pot of coffee could give me. But I have to remember to stretch! Otherwise my legs are so tight I swear they’ve shrunk a few inches! I started googling good stretches, and a few yoga poses came up! Here’s my favorite for before and after my run:
