The Advantage Company is offering a 90-day Graphic Design internship to assist in the production of their annual catalog and additional design needs. This internship will give the intern valuable experience in print and web design. This is a paid internship program designed specifically for college students and recent graduates.
The intern will work at least 25 hours per week over a three month period for a total of 300 hours. Hours may be worked in any combination, at the discretion of the intern and the supervisor.
Applicants for this position must be organized, detail-oriented, possess strong typography and layout skills, and must be a graphic design major with a GPA of at least 3.0. Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Some basic knowledge of Dreamweaver and HTML is preferred, but not mandatory.
The intern is considered to be a necessary and integral part of the Marketing and Public Relations department, and as such, their input and ideas will be considered and valued.
Intern will be paid $10/hour. The Advantage Company will select a student or recent graduate for this position at the start of each semester.
