Whether you are the type of girl who needs a separate closet for your shoes or the kind who buy a pair when your fall back flats are totally worn out, there are a few types of shoe styles that every college girl should own.
From running across campus to class, trudging through the rain and snow, or just hanging out on the weekends in the common room, if you’re headed off to college this fall, you’re going to need a few footwear basics!
Check out our checklist below to see what you need to help get you through the year.
- The perfect ballet flat
You are definitely going to need that ultra comfortable basic ballet flat for your “everyday” 
activities. Between going to class and meeting friends at the dining hall, a basic ballet flat is a must! We recommend Tory Burch’s “eddie” flat which has a complete memory foam liner that makes walking around all day a breeze. Also, check out our newest line of flats, Yosi Samra. - The “career” wedge
College goes by so fast, and you want to be prepared for possible internships, interviews,
and presentations. Look for a well-made, comfortable heel or wedge with that you will be able to walk around in without wanting to rip them off your feet. Your heel height shouldn’t exceed 3 inches, save your higher heels for going out with your friends!
- Going out pumps
From keg parties at the frat house to spending a Friday or Saturday night at the local club,
you’re going to want a pair (or several) of cute heels to thrown on with some dark jeans and a top. Every girl should own a fun pair of going-out shoes. Pick a heel height you can handle! You should use this opportunity to have fun with your shoes and try new trends. - Riding boots
These are an absolute must have. Whether going to class, shopping, dinner, or going out,

- Rubber rain boots and fuzzy slippers
No matter where you go to school, we all experience those rainy, snowy, not-so-pleasant days on campus. Hunter boots are a must for walking around on a rainy afternoon. We
